On the afternoon of November 18, 2024, the Information Technology Institute (ITI) held the 2024 Doctoral Degree Award Ceremony for two doctoral graduates in the field of Information Systems Management.
The ceremony was attended by Dr. Le Quang Minh, Deputy Director of the Information Technology Institute, along with representatives from various units of the Institute, the doctoral candidates, the new doctors, and their families and friends.
The ceremony began with Dr. Duong Quang Khanh, Head of the Department of Science, Technology, and Training, reading the decision of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi, recognizing the academic titles and awarding doctoral degrees to doctoral candidates Nong Minh Ngoc and Pham Hai Son.
Following this, Dr. Le Quang Minh presented the doctoral degrees and delivered a congratulatory speech. In his remarks, the Deputy Director extended his congratulations to all the new doctors and their families, expressing gratitude for their choice of the Institute of Information Technology as their academic and research institution. He emphasized that the degrees awarded today are the result of significant efforts from both faculty and students, representing a well-deserved reward for all involved.
Dr. Minh noted that the new academic titles would serve as fresh motivation and valuable tools for the new doctors in their scientific research and professional careers. He highlighted that the success of these graduates is also a proud achievement for the Institute in its mission to train high-quality human resources. He expressed his hope that the new doctors would apply and expand upon the knowledge they had gained to best serve their professional roles and contribute to the nation’s development.
Representing the new doctors, Dr. Nong Minh Ngoc expressed sincere gratitude to the leadership of the Information Technology Institute, its departments, professors, associate professors, doctors, scientists, and the entire faculty and staff for their support and guidance throughout their studies and research. He pledged to apply the knowledge, methods, and research approaches acquired during his time at the Institute to his work, effectively contributing to the development of the nation and society.
