On May 31, 2024, in Da Nang, the signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement on training and research took place between the Information Technology Institute – Vietnam National University, Hanoi and Dong A University.
Attending the signing ceremony on the side of the Institute of Information Technology was Prof. Tran Xuan Tu – Director, Assoc. Prof. Le Hoang Son – Deputy Director, Dr. Le Quang Minh – Deputy Director; On the side of Dong A University, there was Mr. Luong Minh Sam – Chairman of the Council of Dong A University, Dr. Do Sinh – Vice Principal, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology and representatives of functional departments and lecturers of the two units.
Within the framework of the cooperation agreement, the Institute of Information Technology will support postgraduate training for staff and lecturers of Dong A University, and will annually accept students from Dong A University to internship. The Information Technology Institute will also share information about scholarships from Vietnam National University, Hanoi and scholarships from international projects to attract and support postgraduate training funds for University staff and lecturers of Dong A University. In addition, the Information Technology Institute will coordinate with Dong A University to organize short-term training classes for lecturers and students on core technologies such as: Artificial Intelligence, Information Security, Digital transformation, Internet of Things, Blockchain Technology, Big Data, Cloud Computing,…
In the long term, the two sides also commit to sending lecturers and researchers to participate in research topics and science and technology projects; Collaborate to organize joint scientific conferences.
