On December 24, 2021, the Institute of Information Technology and Institute Francophone International held the signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement with the aim of building a comprehensive strategic partnership, long-term cooperation, promoting resources and share experiences in the field of training, scientific research, conferences and seminars as well as other activities. Attending the agreement signing ceremony were Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Xuan Tu, Director of the Institute of Information Technology and Dr. Ngo Tu Lap Director of the Institute of International Francophonie together with officials in charge of Science, Technology and Training, Administration, organization and development cooperation of the two units.
