Department of Inspection – Legal

Function

Advise and assist the Director in carrying out inspection and legal work within the scope of the Institute’s management.

Mission

• Elaborate an inspection plan and submit it to the Director for approval and organize the implementation of the plan in accordance with the law;
• Inspect the implementation of the law and assigned tasks for organizations, units and individuals under the management of the Director; Complaints and denunciations;
• Help the Director perform his anti-corruption duties in accordance with the anti-corruption laws;
• The focal point to assist the Director in coordination cooperate with relevant agencies, organizations and units on inspection work;
• The focal point for developing reports and plans on inspection work; citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement and anti-corruption work at the request of the Director and superior inspectors;
• Help the Director with legal issues related to activities of the Institute, ensure the Institute operates in accordance with the law and implement legal principles;
• Help the President protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Institute, officials and employees , lecturers, researchers, students in the Institute;
• Organize the propagation, dissemination and education of laws, regulations and regulations of the Institute for officials, employees, lecturers, researchers and students in the Institute; coordinate with functional departments in the Institute to inspect the implementation of laws, rules and regulations and recommend measures to handle violations;
• Help the Director prepare comments for the project draft legal documents sent by state agencies for comments; make recommendations to competent state agencies in amending and supplementing legal documents;
• Give legal opinions on documents prepared by units of the Institute; draft before submitting to the Director.
