The EDA tools are the same as the ones for Skywater 130nm. The layout can be done using Klayout, Spice simulation using NGSPice/Xyce and Openlane/openroad for the synthesis and PNR.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
You can also do S-parameter (using Quc-S) and EM simulation using OpenEMS.&lt;br /&gt;
We also need to discuss the practical exercises in the course. If you already have them for Skywater 130. I can manage to migrate them to IHP SG130 PDK.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
